Robin worked for his girl!! lol

Robin’s wife Paula Patton stood by her man, for Robin Thicke’s “Something Else” listening party last night at the Rainbow Room in New York City, where the singer told the magazine that getting Paula wasn’t easy.

“Well, actually the thing is I worked real hard for that. You can’t get a woman like that unless you put in the work. And I met her when I was 14, so I’ve known her for like–we’ve been living together for 11 years.”

The couple has been married three years, which goes to show you that not all men don’t buy into the adage of why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free.

“Oh, well it wasn’t a question of marriage, or locking it down. It was I want this woman. Period. I don’t care what the rules are. Whatever I gotta do, I gotta do to keep this one. I ain’t gonna let her go, and that was it. I’ll break all the rules for her.”
